Formed in 2012 by Gary Chapman, Edditt Publishing will initially create books in the niche areas of cake decorating and the Jazz Age.
In the first instance, the books will be written by Gary Chapman but, it is expected to acquire other authors with a synergy to each area of publishing.
Gary has made a name for himself in the cake decorating world globally for inventing various techniques and skills for recreating fabric out of sugar. He also teaches and judges at cake shows and Edditt Publishing will be a showcase for all his new cake decorating ideas.
Gary also has a great interest in the Jazz Age and launched the Jazz Age Club website in 2010. He will be utilising his vast knowledge and collection of this period to create numerous books with a 20s or 30s theme.
All books will be published in various formats (paperback, hardback and ebooks).
The cake books will be in full colour with numerous photographs of finished cakes, step-by-step shots and full instructions.
The books on 1920s will feature a mix of black and white and colour photographs.
